I have both Notary2Pro Elite and Loan Signing System certifications as a Notary Signing Agent, and am rated "Excellent" by The Closing Exchange. This means I am reliably entrusted with supervising sale, purchase and loan signings, including home equity loans and reverse mortgages. 

This work comes mostly from title and escrow companies, signing agencies, banks and attorneys; and the documents usually come to me online, to be printed and taken to the signing appointment. 

Sometimes, however, the documents are sent directly to you, and you're asked to find a notary to supervise their signing. If you find yourself in that situation, just give me a call.
